Refund policy

Elizabeth & Company gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the purchase date. All returns will be processed as either an exchange or as store credit via an E-gift card. Final sale items are not eligible for return, but are eligible for exchange as long as the size needed in the same item is available. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
